Nanomix Receives Two Awards Recognizing Nanotechnology Leadership; Awards for Best Product and Impact on State-of-the-Art

EMERYVILLE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 11, 2005--Nanomix announced it has received two awards recognizing its leadership in the field of nanotechnology. Small Times Media awarded Nanomix' Nanoelectronic Hydrogen Detector with Sensation™ technology as one of five finalists for the 2005 Small Times Magazine Best of Small Tech Product Award. In addition, Nanomix received the The Nano 50™ Award, presented by Nanotech Briefs magazine, which recognizes the top 50 technologies, products, and innovators that have significantly impacted, or are expected to impact, the state of the art in nanotechnology.

Nanomix is the first company to launch nanoelectronic detection devices to market. Both awards were received at industry meetings in the last two weeks.

Small Times magazine created the Best of Small Tech Awards to recognize the best people, products and companies in small tech.
