Nanōmix is developing Omega 3, a handheld portable diagnostics platform for provide in vitro diagnostic testing where it is needed most, at the first contact with the patient, whether in an Emergency room, ambulance or in the field. Omega 3 provides true point-of-care testing by delivering CLIA lab quality sensitivity and precision using a finger stick blood sample in a disposable cartridge. The initial product will quantitatively measure cardiac troponin levels along with other critical cardiac biomarkers to aid in the diagnosis of non ST elevation myocardial infarction.The Omega 3 platform is capable of running a broad range of diagnostic tests including immunoassays, enzymatic assays and molecular assays. Allowing future products to be developed for a wide range of conditions including: accute cardiac (CHF), infectious disease (sepsis), neurological trauma (TBI, stroke). Feasibility has already been demonstrated for many of these conditions.

Nanōmix has also developed an eNO Asthma Management System - a stand-alone breath analysis system for managing asthma that measures exhaled nitric oxide with accuracy of +/- 2.5 ppb.

Sensation's gas and liquid detection capabilities can also be combined for simultaneous detection and applied to industrial product applications and biodefense applications.
